Thanks to Shana for her help in getting me started. I wish we would have started this when she was born!
So, Ava is now 8 months old, and as many of you know she has already started walking a bit. We cant believe how much she can do with those tiny little legs. Here are some pics taken today of our goofy girl. She loves to walk with her little walker, as you can see. Thank you Uncle Tommy, Aunt Alecia and Cousins Tommy and Gianna for my new favorite toy. It seems like she started wanting to walk right after crawling. She has this way of crawling where one foot is firmly planted on the floor and she pushes off with one knee, and now she also crawls the old fashioned way. She can even bend down to pick something up from standing and then stand back up again! What a little wonder she is.
Oh, for those of you with a good eye, note the maid in the dining room, and The View on tv. I love my maid, but hate The View. Its just that The Wiggles were dancing and Ava loves to dance, although she looks pretty uninterested in this picture--walking right on by!

Yey! A BLOG for Ava! A special treat for us, her family and friends. Much thanks to Shana and Maria for the creation of this. That walking toy seems to be such a help as she is starting to walk!
